This is my very first E - Book available to buy. You can do it at home or in the gym. It is a 8 week training guide suitable for all fitness levels. The first 3 weeks there will be 3 workouts per week with an skills training session. From week 4 there will be 5 workouts per week. This book is designed to increase your muscle mass whilst still maintaining optimal functionality. It is filled with challenges and tips to keep you motivated!
Minimal equipment is required such as dumbbells or filled water bottles, a stable chair and bootybands are optional for some extra resistance.
